Ordering Information & Privacy Policy

Order Processing

Rest assured that when you place your order with Mrs. Candles quality is our first priority. We hand-pour each candle when your order is placed. Once an order is received it is shipped within 10-14 business days. Orders are shipped Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx and usually arrive within 4-5 business days. This does not apply to wholesale orders (see below).

Shipping

I believe that buying on the internet should never cost you more than if you drove to a store to purchase the same thing. For that reason we have a flat rate shipping of $10.95 on all retail orders. We also offer free shipping on all retail orders over $95.00 to save you even more money.

Although we package all orders as carefully as possible, every so often candles do arrived damaged/broken. Should this happen to your package please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. The sooner we know the sooner we can replace the candles that are damaged. We will also advice you if the damaged package should be saved for inspection by the respective shipping company.

Wholesale Orders

Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. All order placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday.
We maintain a low minimum wholesale order requirement of $100 prior to shipping. This allows a nice variety of scented candles to offer your customers as well as have enough input from them regarding scents they would like to see and smell.

Return Policy

• Please remember all sales over $50 are final.
• If any candle is defective in any way we will gladly exchange it for the exact same product. No changes/substitutions permitted. (Defective doesn't mean you don't like the fragrance you chose. This also includes custom coloring if you do not supply a color swatch for matching.)
• Shipping will not be refunded.
• You,as the customer, are responsible for the cost of returning any products as well as packaging it safely & securely for the trip back to us.
• Only candles that have not been lit will be accepted for return.

Customer Privacy

When you purchase from or sign up for the mailing list at Mrs. Candles, we respect your right to privacy. Mrs. Candles will never sell or otherwise distribute your mailing/Email address, phone numbers, purchase history, or any personal information to any other company or person. The personal information you provide will be used only to help us to serve you better. We firmly believe in safety and privacy on the Internet and will not disclose the identity of our visitors without prior approval.

From time to time, Mrs. Candles may send you information on new products or specials. Only an email address will be used in these communications. E-mail addresses and other personal information about visitors to this site are known only when voluntarily submitted.

Security

Our shopping cart uses only the best encryption software in the industry, SSL. Rest assured that when asked for sensitive information to complete an order, such as credit card information, the information is encrypted and protected.

In addition to using SSL encryption to protect all customer information, we restrict all off-line information to our in-house billing office. All customer information is regarded with the highest security.

Candle care and burning is a responsibility. Please use caution and care when burning. Mrs. Candles will NOT be responsible for damage or injury due to lack of care and/or attention when burning our candles.
Mrs. Candles will not be responsible for injuries, damages or loss of any kind due to your use of any product purchased from Mrs. Candles. In any case, our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the product. Your purchase from Mrs. Candles indicates your acceptance of this information and our policies.
